Refund policy

At NOOX REVIVE, we are committed to providing high-quality functional beverages that help you power through your day. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  • You received the wrong item or the product was damaged during delivery. 
  • There was a manufacturing fault affecting the quality or safety of the product. 

Please note: Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for a refund unless the issue is due to a product fault.

2. Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at help@nooxpower.com with: 
    • Your order number 
    • Reason for the refund 
    • Photos of damaged or faulty products (if applicable) 
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions for returning the product, if required. 

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned product. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item). 

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different flavour or product, please indicate this in your refund request. We will arrange for the replacement at no extra cost when eligible.
